The IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment of Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel in Specialist Officers Cadre (IBPS CRP SPL XIII) in IT, Agriculture, Law, HR and Marketing sector positions to be filled in IBPS CRP Specialist Officer 2023 participating Banks /Organizations. IBPS SO registration is open from 1st August 2023 to 23rd August 2023.

Age Limit :- Minimum: 20 years to Maximum: 30 years
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both dates inclusive)
There are relaxations for upper age limit.
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe :-5 years
Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer):- 3 years
Persons With Benchmark Disability as defined under “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016”. :-10 years
Ex-Servicemen :-5 years

1-> I.T. Officer (Scale-I):-
4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications
OR
Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.
2-> Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I)
4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering
3-> Rajbhasha Adhikari
Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level
Exam conducted By:- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
OR
Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
4-> Law Officer (Scale I)
A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
5-> HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I)
Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.*
6-> Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing *
Note:-All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the final result should have been declared on or before 21.08.2023.
Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 21.08.2023 has to be submitted at the time of interview.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Payable from 01.08.2023 to 21.08.2023 (Only online payment),
For SC/ST/PwBD candidates:- Rs.175/-
For General and OBC:- Rs.850/-
There will be three round of selection
1st -> You have to clear online Preliminary Exam with minimum cut off marks.
Preliminary exam will be in December 2023 and result will be declared in January 2024.
~Total exam time is 120 minutes.
Structure of exam will be for the Post of IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer
English language (English), Reasoning (Medium of exam:-English & Hindi) , Quantitative Aptitude (English & Hindi)
Total number of question :- 150
Total number of marks :- 125
You have to given 40 minutes for each and every section. Total minutes will be 120 min.
For the post of Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari
English language (English), Reasoning (Medium of exam:-English & Hindi), General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry (English & Hindi)
Total number of question :- 150
Total number of marks :- 125
You have to given 40 minutes for each and every section. Total minutes will be 120 min.
2nd -> If you are in rank between in cut off marks, you will be eligible for second round main exam.
